Live project · manufacturing decision systems
ManuNexus.
A modular manufacturing decision system connecting ecosystem intelligence, technology economics, production-network configuration and resilience analysis through one shared architecture.
The system
One core. Four product modules.
ManuNexus does not treat mapping, technology comparison, network configuration and disruption analysis as disconnected applications. The modules share the same actor registry, machine/process definitions, identifiers and reusable decision engines.
The current research pilot focuses on additive manufacturing in Greater Cairo, while the architecture is technology- and geography-extensible. Synthetic DummyCorp records are maintained separately from research evidence and are used only for demonstration and testing.
Map actors, facilities, machines, materials, capabilities, capacity and evidence.
Compare manufacturing technologies using cost, tooling, yield, capacity, break-even and sensitivity analysis.
Configure production networks, filter feasible nodes, allocate quantities and evaluate logistics structures.
Planned stochastic disruption, resilience and re-orchestration layer over the same network representation.
